Based on the family comedy Badhaai Ho (Hindi, 2018), directed by Amit Ravindranath Sharma, this official remake has carved a niche for itself on the strength of its own merit thanks to the presence (as an actor) and handling (as a director along with N J Saravanan) to R J Balaji, the outcome standing out distinctly as a neat and clean family entertainer that is thoroughly enjoyable right from the moment go!

A delicate theme presented and performed diligently without an iota of embarrassment or vulgarity!

Kudos to the team for coming up with such an entertainer that leaves behind some good food for thought!

The background is a middle class family and the man and wife (Sathyaraj-Urvashi) along with their two grown up sons (RJ Balaji & Visvesh) wanting to live life fully. All hell breaks loose when the lady of the house is found to be ‘carrying’!

Imagine the plight and predicament of the sons, especially the elder one who is going steady with his girl-friend (Aparna Balamurali)!

How the children learn to take the ‘development’ in stride and move on is all what the movie is about!

Remaking a National Award winning movie is no t an easy task but the team has certainly come up triumphs!

The scenes are a perfect combo of emotions and humor.

Watch it for its content and brilliance in showcasing a delicate theme in a delicious manner!
