SANTHANAM’S STARDOM!

Having embarked his career as a comedian, Santhanam is now a leading hero who is currently handling multiple assignments! Server Sundaram, Mannavan Vandaanadi, Sakka Podu Podu Raja, the list seems endless!

The first look and songs of VTV Productions’ ‘Sakka Podu Podu Raja’ was released recently amidst both star-fare and fan-fare!

Interestingly, Vivekh, one of the leading comedians of the Kollywood, has played a crucial role in the film. The scenes of combination between them both is certainly going to rock, it is learnt!

Besides these two, Power Star Srinivasan is also appearing in a vital role in the film. There is also Mayilsamy who has stolen the show with just two scenes of appearance, we are told!

STR (simbu), who was primarily responsible for Sathanam’s entry into films, has assumed responsibility for the film’s music. Further, other busy composers as Anirudh, Yuvan Shankar Raja and others have rendered songs in the film!

In his address, Sathanam informed that it was VTV Ganesh’s idea that he (Santhanam) approach STR to score the music for the film! When he met STR and asked STR whether he would be interested to handle the film’s music, the latter did not exactly say no but had told Santhanam that he would certainly think it over! Latter, STR ha called Santhanam who was busy shooting for MannavanVandanadi at Hyderabad and had asked him whether he knew who was scoring the music for Sakka Podu Podu Raja, Santhanam had replied that he did not know!

STR then told him that he (Santhanam) would receive a message in that regard! Soon after, Santhanam received a message that read-Music composer for Sakka Podu Podu Raja is STR! The message was sent by none other than STR!

What a way to communicate and connect!

At the instance of Santhanam, VTV Ganesh, the producer of the film who has also acted along, went and approached Vivekh asking him if he would be interested to do an important role in the film in which Santhanam is playing the lead!

Realizing that there would not be any competition between them as Santhanam was playing the lead Vivekh had thought it over and had immediately agreed!

Vivekh mentioned that he was sure that Santhanam would be too busy playing the lead and hence they both would not be wasting time trying to outdo one another in the comedy scenes! Hence he had decided to join the bandwagon!

He also added that he would be willing to act in Santhanam’s films in the future too if such appropriate roles are offered to him!

Vivekh’s deputy, Murugan and Santhanam’s deputy Maran had joined hands to come up with the best of situational comedy and had literally racked their brains to come up with their respective bests!

The songs tuned in by STR have already turned chartbusters instantly facilitating the composer to carve a niche for himself as a promising composer!

Arya, a good friend of Santhanam had also come in for the sake of Santhanam for the audio launch!

Santhanam’s stardom is truly on the rise!
